While we prioritize your safety and make every effort to accommodate food allergies, please note the following:

* We cannot accommodate requests unrelated to food allergies, such as personal preferences, seasoning requests, vegetarian, halal, or vegan diets.

• Guests with food allergies must notify us at least 3 days prior to their visit.
  We cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.
• All dishes at our facility are prepared in the same kitchen using the same equipment. Therefore, we cannot completely prevent airborne particles or trace contamination.
• For guests with severe symptoms, such as those who have previously experienced anaphylactic shock, those prescribed an EpiPen, or those who cannot tolerate any trace contamination (allergen cross-contamination), we may unfortunately have to decline service for your safety.
• Bringing your own allergen-free ingredients and tableware is permitted; please consult us in advance.
• We kindly ask for your understanding that, after reviewing the above information, the final decision rests with you.
